Train runs several times a day from Brisbane to Nambour with road services that connect to the remainder of the Sunshine Coast. There are daily coach services from Brisbane's Roma Street Transit Centre. Most interstate coach services pass through the Sunshine Coast travelling north and south.
From Brisbane one hour and 15 minute comfortable drive along the M1, Bruce Highway, take the Sunshine Motorway and follow the signs to Maroochydore.
